We have everything in place to make this happen, but obviously the main ingredient in anyone’s success is their hard work. People discuss the “natural” talent I had as a player. However they didn’t see the thousands of hours practice I put in when i was a youngster. Your determination and drive to succeed are very important. We believe we do an excellent job.
